A very warm welcome to Jeanne Jugan Residence and Pavilion in Somerville, Massachusetts! We are located between Boston and Lexington, where the American Revolution began with the “shot heard around the world.” Built in 1978 to replace a century-old building on the same property, Jeanne Jugan Residence has a special place in the history of our Congregation. It was the first home of the Little Sisters in the United States to be named after our foundress, Saint Jeanne Jugan!
